Why facebook, twitter and  instagram not ban?

The most trends topic in social media will be of facebook, twitter and Instagram ban because the social medias base is Facebook,insta and twitter. The Facebook, insta and twitter were ban in India by Indian government on the date 26th May 2021 but why this social media base not ban and also discussing about why were this social media platforms are banned?

Why indian government want to ban insta, facebook and twitter?

The Indian government is going from corona pandemic but they are banning insta, facebook and twitter because of they tried to want the people forget about corona and for that they started this matter because 70% of people were using social media platforms so by banning facebook, insta and twitter matter they will divert our mind through social media platforms and forget about corona pandemic.

The Indian government banning social medias base because they also have reasons. The Indian government were behave like a normal for social media base but they were fireing for social media platforms because the Indian government want to says that in social media there are very freedom, In social media their are many people who have problems for dark of social media means anyone who harrassing girl and posting photos in facebook, insta or twitter so by that the girls pic will leaked and she will facing lot of humiliation and also he takes action in police but their take much of time. For that indian government want to stay action, on the basis they say to the companies of facebook, twitter and insta they must have to take action on their were are harming content for society, problems of harrassing girls pic, humiliation of society and personal information etc. So, for this they must restrict one rule the bad content will not posted in facebook, twitter and insta and if they not do this they must been get strictly punished and by this the humiliation of society, harrassing girls pic will be solved but the companies says we were suffering from corona pandemic and we will be not able to solve case because of corona pandemic condition. 

This is all happen because of integrated guidelines On the basis of 25th February ott platforms rules that the government had announced tighter rule for social media platforms like facebook, twitter and Instagram requiring them to remove any content flagged by authorities within 36 hours and setting up a complaint redressal mechanism with an officer being based in the country this means the guidelines says that on 25th February that the ott platforms will be very restricted and their will be not getting much of freedom in which specialy comes insta, facebook and twitter also amazon prime and Netflix they not showing show very freedomly and their will be not of society harrmness and bad  content and they must be remove bad content which were harrmingg society within 36 hours and if someone complaining about post, information or content then their will be proper mechanism with an officer who will solve the problem but the companies didn't solve it because of corona pandemic condition.

So for this the Indian government says that the app will be banned who were not listening their condition and their is much more possibility of ban of facebook, insta and twitter.

Also the government's last date was 26th May and gave time of three months so their is more chances of banning insta, facebook and twitter.

How the companies will save from banning?

The companies will be save facebook, insta and twitter by section 79 of the IT act, in which says that if anyone post on Facebook or twitter and that is bad content so their will be not fault of facebook or twitter. The third party information,data or communication link made available or hosted by him this problem will be not fault of facebook or twitter. Facebook will be not responsible for third party means if a terrorist post photo on Facebook that the Facebook will not responsible for it.

The Article (19) (1) (a) of right to speach and expression in which says that all citizen were have freedom of speach and expression. All citizen can any talk and express thier speech. By this also the companies will save from banning.

The government had power of ban insta, facebook and twitter because the contract of ott rules date had been over so they can ban but companies also had been set think of ban but by requesting and adding date they can also save. The okk app had been confirmed to regard policy and accepted indian government policy.

What will happen if facebook, twitter and insta ban?

The Facebook, twitter and insta is one of base of social media and we are banning this then we want to face some difficulties.

In the Facebook and insta thier are millions of people of india were using and working. The millions of people were making their posts or video by this they get earning so by banning insta and facebook they will be unemployed and the country must face this difficulty. The makers of facebook and insta will be loss of more and they will getting work crises. By the Facebook and insta we earn money so by this also our government also get benefit but by banning insta and facebook we will more much problems.

India is in world press freedom about 142 out of 180 countries. If social medias base or twitter will ban then our rank will be decrease we will be lot of decreasation and we will go out to Russia's next means our rank will be more decreasable by banning twitter.

The companies also been get lot of loss. The Facebook, twitter and insta millions of earn by india and if they lost india one country for social media platforms then the companies will be get loss of billions. 

Why facebook, twitter and insta not ban on 26th May?

In india their was insta, facebook and twitter were ban by Indian government on 26th May but they didn't ban facebook, insta and twitter because of some reasons.

The Facebook says and request that please give some more time we will able to accept the policy of Indian government. 

We are providing many of works through insta and facebook by they are earning money. So by this we provide works. Millions of people of india were on facebook and insta by this also they are getting much more information and technology. 

We make this platform by which anyone can share Post or video by the informative content will be spread in world. By the seeing content they also get more information and current affairs.

Facebook and Instagram company saying that we are making more content full that by which who had more content of teaching, current affairs, comedy and technology by this youth will get knowledge of this in which youth will progress and this is in free their is no of cost. Teacher who had knowledge who spreading knowledge by facebook and insta by this the teacher get proud of teaching, the youth get progress and facebook will spread the knowledge.

By this the government had accepted or not about banning not proved but also the government had power to ban insta, facebook and twitter. Thus the government had not been ban on 26th May but it can do on the next day. But government must not to ban social media platform insta, facebook and twitter.
