I must say in the situation of black fungus we must prevent by it because the medicine Liposomal Amphotericin B by which black fungus remove is in high demand and also it is seeing very rare. Also the patient need surgery inside the face because by the Liposomal Amphotericin B the mucryomycosis will remove but the fungus which had spread inside face that also want to remove so it is removed by surgery and it takes more time as well as money.
So first we want to prevent this we can do it by taking less steroids which is dexamethasone. The patient is taking more steroids but patient didn't know that the steroid is compressing immune system but patient is taking more so I must say that the steroid give when the doctor says and when their is necessary.
